PRIOR TO COLOUR APPOINTMENTS..
As a new client you will need to complete and sign a digital consultation form answering all questions truthfully about your previous chemical hair history and any relevant medical history or concerns. So long as there are no concerns with the form, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment(s). This is followed by a face to face consultation appointment and relevant testing to ensure your safety (as we are working with chemicals on your skin). Existing clients are also expected to fill out a shorter version of this form between appointments to check for changes, and to make sure we are able to continue with your chosen service.

If you have had a previous known allergic reaction to colour/products in the past or are experiencing something new (includes open sores on your face or scalp/inflamed skin conditions such as psoriasis) it may not be safe to continue, and you will need to refer to your medical practitioner for advice before we are able to complete a patch test.
