• Your name and contact details (mobile number, email address and postcode)

   

• Your availability (please check opening hours).

   

• A current picture of your hair and an inspiration picture of what you are hoping to achieve.

   

• Previous history of chemical services and any hair damage.​​

• If you require a Telephone Consultation, please kindly provide me with the above information first so that I may prepare for our consult, I can then look to organise a call-back with you when I am not with clients (please know that this might take longer than organising your appointment virtually).

COLOUR CONSUTATION

All chemical services require a colour consultation and hair health analysis prior to appointment​. This service is approximately 30 minutes long, is charged at £20 and will be removed from the bill on the day of the colour appointment. Here we discuss colour options and complete any relevant testing. It is important to give as much information about your hair, products you have used, and relevant medical history as possible. Please answer any questions honestly for your own safety, as we are working with chemicals.

I recommend booking your next appointment at the end of your appointment. This will help me to accommodate you as much as possible.
